Nisa gets better at working for you the longer you work with her. Not by training a model on you, but by writing down what she learns in places you can read and change.

She learns how you write

When you connect Gmail, she reads the last 30 emails you sent, once, and notes how you write: how you greet, whether you use first names, how long your sentences are, how you sign off. Drafts under your name then sound like you, even if you have never chatted with her.

She refreshes this after 30 days. If you changed the description of your style yourself, she never writes over it. A sign-off she noticed she proposes once; it is only used after you say yes.

She keeps your corrections

When you change her drafts the same way more than once, for example always shorter or always without a certain closing line, she notices the pattern and writes that way from then on. One edit is a one-off; the same change on two different drafts is a habit.

She remembers people and facts

What you tell her about your company, your customers and your team stays in the Brain, where you can read and correct it. On weekday mornings she tells you, in a short note, the few durable things she picked up, each with where it came from. Answer "2 is wrong" and that line is taken back out.

She keeps a way of working

Explain once how you want something done and ask her to keep it, and it becomes a Skill she follows the same way every time. Nothing she proposes is saved without your yes.

What she does not do

She does not take facts from a voice message straight into the Brain; she quotes the sentence back first. And what she learns in a private chat stays private: a shared channel does not see it.
