Coming soon. Calls are built and in testing, and not yet switched on for customers. This page describes how they will work.

Nisa can phone a business for you: book a table, make or move an appointment, ask for a price or a quote, pass on a message. You ask her in the chat, she makes the call, and the result comes back in the same chat.

What she can do

  • Reservations, for example a table for four tomorrow evening.
  • Appointments: make one, move one, or cancel one.
  • Questions and quotes: what something costs, whether it is in stock, when it is ready.
  • Passing on a message to a business or a person.

She calls as your AI assistant and says so in her first sentence.

What she asks before she calls

If something is missing, she asks you in the chat first: when, for how many people, under which name, and how much room she has if your first choice is taken.

Then she shows you a card with everything the call is about:

  • who she calls, and the number
  • what for, and when
  • your room: which days and hours work, and the highest price you accept
  • the name the booking is under
  • a callback number, if you gave her one
  • the first sentence she will say
  • what the call will cost

She dials only after you tap. Nothing on the card changes during the call.

How she negotiates

Only inside the room on the card, and the code checks every offer against it, not just her judgement.

  • The time is taken: she asks for a slot inside your days and hours, the earliest first, and once for something earlier if the first offer is late.
  • The price: she asks for it before she names a number. Your budget stays with her until an offer is above your highest price. Only then does she name it and ask what is possible for that amount.
  • Inside your room: she agrees, repeats the booking once and waits for the yes.
  • Never above your room: if an offer stays outside it, she asks you in the chat while she is still on the line. If you answer, she acts on it.
  • No answer from you: she asks the business to hold the offer for 15 minutes, thanks them and hangs up. You get the offer with "they are holding it until 18:45", for example, and a card to call back and take it.
  • A hard limit: if you set a price she should never go above, she declines higher offers politely, without asking you.

How she speaks

In German she uses the formal Sie with businesses. If the business offers du or uses it, she switches for the rest of the call.

She gives out your address only when it is part of what you approved, for a home visit for example. Otherwise she says you will send it, and your summary reminds you to.

What you get back

A short summary in the same chat: what was agreed, the day, the time, the price and the name, plus anything still on you, such as sending your address.

Limits

A call lasts at most 4 minutes; then she says goodbye and hangs up. She records nothing.

The card also carries a note that local rules apply where the business is. You are the one calling; Nisa is the tool.

What it costs

The card shows the expected cost and the maximum before you tap. Planned are 200 credits per started minute. A call you do not approve costs nothing. See Credits for how actions are charged.
